We focus on providing solutions to entrepreneurial growth businesses, with a typical turnover of up to £150m.

We are not sector specific but have developed areas of expertise in a number of fields including retail, business services, financial services, recruitment, travel, leisure and entertainment, media, technology and communications, property and construction.

Our work is mainly based in the UK but we have links with corporate finance and accountancy practices in most major European countries, and so can provide advice relating to continental Europe, especially regarding corporate tax and VAT.
