Olivine is an independent corporate finance & specialist tax advisory practice.

We work mainly with entrepreneurial businesses, private equity and other financial institutions in an advisory capacity, and have completed corporate finance transactions and tax advisory solutions in the £1-50m range.

We also have many years of experience in advising owner-managed businesses in areas such as operational and strategic direction, finances and taxation, acquisitions, disposals and fundraising.

We are not sector specific, and have developed areas of expertise in many fields including retail, business services, financial services, recruitment, travel, leisure and entertainment, media, technology and communications, property and construction.
